Travel by Car
Travel by Car

There is a carpark located opposite the main entrance to Porterbrook's Long Marston Rail Innovation Centre.

All visitors arriving by car must park here and follow instructions from the event parking team.

Golf buggy shuttles will be running from the gate entrance to the registration marquee, or alternatively you can walk the short distance from the carpark.

Please note: Parking is on a grass/crop field so please be mindful of the recent weather conditions and wear suitable footwear. 
Please do not park in the local industrial estates as these are private property. Please also do not park or wait on Station Road. These roads have been coned off by the highways in the interest of safety with the volume of traffic to the show. 

For Sat Nav: Please use postcode CV37 8PL and turn off your sat nav once you see directional show signage.
Please follow yellow signs to carpark noted 'RAIL LIVE'

Anyone arriving by Taxi must get dropped off in the carpark and not at the main gates.

Limited Blue Badge parking will be available where space allows at the main gate entrace, overflow will be at the front of the visitor carpark. 
We ask that you notify us in advance (raillive@bauermedia.co.uk - or call 01733 468289) so we can take approximate numbers in advance and the person in the vehicle must match that of the blue badge photo and will be checked.

A complimentary coach shuttle service will run from both Warwick Parkway and Honeybourne stations to connect the show for passengers arriving by rail.

There will be 2 coaches on loop from Warwick Parkway and 1 from Honeybourne. 

Please note these times are approximate and cannot account for local traffic in Stratford-upon-Avon that may cause delays. Please ensure you leave plenty of time.
 

WARWICK PARKWAY STATION

Departure times from Warwick Parkway to Rail Live (journey approx 30 mins) 

08:30  / 09:00  / 09:30 / 10:00  / 10:30 / 11:00 / 11:30 / 12:00

Coach will not operate between 12:30pm - 1:30pm

Departure times from Rail Live to Warwick Parkway (journey approx 30 mins)

13:30 / 14:00 / 14:30 / 15:00 / 15:30 / 16:00

 

HONEYBOURNE STATION

Departure times from Honeybourne to Rail Live (Journey approx 15 minutes) 

09:00 / 09:30 / 10:00 / 10:30 / 11:00 / 11:30

Coach will not operate between 12pm - 1pm

A complimentary coach shuttle service will be operating from the Crowne Plaza Hotel carpark in Stratford-upon-Avon City Centre. 

There will be 2 coaches on loop from the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The ride is just 15 minutes from the hotel to the event and has a seperate entry route into to the site providing you with a quick access route to the show and help cut the number of vehicles trying to enter via station road. 

There are two options for you to park in walking distance to the coach shuttle service as listed below. Information below was correct at the time of writing and is subject to change. 


Crowne Plaza hotel: 

 

Bridgeway Multistorey Carpark:
  • 650 on site self parking spaces.
  • The car park uses ANPR technology and operates with pay machines on exit. Pay machines are CARD ONLY. 
  • Parking charges vary - please see the providers website for rates. The first hour is free, 4 hours is £5.50 and up to 9 hours is £8.80
