With Network Rail's test tracks seeing a re-launch and a new strategy, GCRE building momentum and Porterbrook deploying their own testing facility literally around us, it is an exciting time for railway testing facilities in GB. But how will these facilities work alongside each other? What do they collectively offer the global railway market?
