This session will reveal how the team is designing a new approach to partnerships that moves away from some of the more narrowly defined agreements in place today towards a more strategic, place-based approach between regional authorities and Great British Railways. This includes reimaging rail’s role as part of a local public transport system, new ways of imagining the customer experience and starting to shape the way for a Guiding Mind.
