Abi joined the rail industry in 2010 and established as a consultant in 2021. Her work includes supporting the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), introducing innovation, and leading stakeholder projects for larger organisations in the transport sector. Abi’s projects have included establishing and hosting the University of Birmingham Centre for Railway Research and Education's rail supply chain events in East Yorkshire, serving as interim Communication Manager in 2025 for the REAL Power Supply Upgrade, and helping various SMEs navigate the rail industry. 

Abi is passionate about empowering teams, championing meaningful partnerships, and creating environments where great ideas, people and businesses can thrive.
