For the first time since 2019, visitors to Rail LIVE can travel directly into the heart of the show at Porterbrook’s Long Marston Rail Innovation Centre by dedicated high-speed train.
The Rail LIVE Express will travel from London Paddington Station, calling at Reading Station, straight to the heart of the UK’s largest rail exhibition.

You’ll travel on an iconic High Speed Train (HST), capable of 125mph, owned by Romic Group  — a true legend of Britain’s railway heritage. And what makes 2026 even more special? It marks the 50th anniversary of the High Speed Train. There could not be a more fitting year to operate this exclusive charter.

Direct access to site. No road transfers or shuttle queues. A rare chance to travel on a historic HST during its 50th anniversary year.

It's efficient. It's memorable. It's exclusive. And it's unmistakably Rail LIVE.

A complimentary coach shuttle service will run from both Stratford Parkway and Honeybourne stations to connect the show for passengers arriving by public transport.

There will be 3 coaches on loop from Stratford Parkway and 2 from Honeybourne

Please note that all timings on the coach schedule, once released, will be approximate and may be subject to change. Local traffic in and around Stratford-upon-Avon can occasionally cause delays, so visitors are advised to allow plenty of time for their journey when planning their travel to and from the event.

Golf buggy shuttles will be running from the gate entrance to the registration marquee. Alternatively you can walk the short distance from the carpark.

  • Parking is on a grass/crop field so please be mindful of the recent weather conditions and wear suitable footwear.
  • Please do not park in the local industrial estates as these are private property. Please also do not park or wait on Station Road. These roads have been coned off by the highways in the interest of safety with the volume of traffic to the show.
  • Anyone arriving by Taxi must get dropped off in the carpark and not at the main gates.

We ask that you notify us in advance (raillive@bauermedia.co.uk - or call 01733 468289) so we can take approximate numbers in advance and the person in the vehicle must match that of the blue badge photo and will be checked.
