The RSS 3000 is a remote safety switch device that utilises proven technologies from the ZKL 3000 RC. When activated, it triggers a specially designed signal interlocking configuration to establish a safe zone. This protection is achieved by either setting the railway signals to red or by diverting railway switches/points away from the protected area. The RSS 3000 is permanently installed in the relay cabinet.
