Cut delays, slash admin, boost compliance – try Re-flow at Rail Live

Re-flow Field Management Stand: M60
Cut delays, slash admin, boost compliance – try Re-flow at Rail Live

Rail Live is taking place at Porterbook’s Long Marston Rail Innovation Centre on 18 – 19 June – a two-day event covering industry challenges like the skills gap and ageing infrastructure, and opportunities like machine learning and predictive maintenance.

This year Re-flow will be on Stand M60, where rail companies – decision makers, managers, and operatives – can experience Re-flow for themselves and see how the software delivers projects without any friction between office and site.

Get hands on and see how the software helps:

Scheduling of repairs, inspection and monitoring of track conditions, vegetation control, daily checks, automating repetitive tasks.

Re-flow is an intuitive, flexible system that does it all and does it better

Bringing everything together in one end-to-end platform reduces spend on separate digital tools, speeds up processes, and eliminates manual errors.

  • Job and task management: real-time scheduling and updates mean fewer delays, faster job turnarounds, and less time wasted chasing documents from sites. Enable reactive scheduling to maximise productivity from day to day.

  • Smart forms: forms like T5X1-T5X4, track inspections, and defect reports automatically send completed data (geo-stamped, time-stamped) to managers. No chasingno re-keyingno duplication – all data feeds straight into your operations and reporting systems.

  • Form Builder: Re-flow’s form builder lets you design, edit, and deploy custom forms without needing IT support or expensive development. Quickly adapt to new project requirements or regulations without costly downtime.

  • Built-in automation: eliminate repetitive admin, alert teams when qualifications expire, when fatigue tracking hours breach WTD rules, or when assets need servicing.

  • Asset and people tracking: track equipment and people in real-time to avoid lost plant, underused teams, or inefficient logistics.

  • Digital records: keep records of every action in one place for compliance, reporting, and tenders. Instant digital audit trails make proving compliance easy during inspections or tendering.

  • Full visibility: avoid costly fines, failed tenders, or rework caused by missing or incomplete records, and gain real-time updates for every task out on site.

Trusted by thousands of operatives across the UK

Highlights from Rail Live

Cost versus sustainability: is there a trade off?

Policy & Leadership Theatre, 18 June 15.15−15.45

Sustainability is a big concern for a lot of Re-flow partners. As providers of software that comes with many features that contribute to reduced emissions – cutting out unnecessary journeys to and from sites with digital, cloud-uploaded forms, generating real-time reports on workforce efficiency and resource management – we’re engaged.

We also champion long-term thinking over short-term solutions, and we’re sure this talk, featuring representatives from Network Rail, the Department for Business and Trade, and the Mental Wealth Company, has a lot to offer.
