CoreRFID – the company behind the CheckedOK inspection reporting software - has launched a software as a service (SaaS) version to bring the benefits to a wider audience.

CheckedOK, which has been developed over 14 years in collaboration with users and industry bodies, has become the market leader in inspection management in the UK and Ireland and attracted users worldwide including infrastructure operators, maintenance contractors, and rolling stock companies.

The latest version incorporates all the key features of the original system but offers the convenience of regular monthly payments instead of a fixed-term licence and customisation fees. The new version, which is a standard system that will benefit from ongoing investment, is more accessible for new customers and is also proving attractive to some existing CheckedOK users, who can save on the costs of bespoke development.

CheckedOK complies with many types of inspection regulations as standard, with bespoke solutions available to adapt to a wide range of rail industry requirements. The system captures inspection or maintenance data on site, produces reports and certificates immediately and provides a comprehensive asset register with on-line access for authorised users. Together with features covering repairs and maintenance, it offers a complete solution for anyone providing an inspection service or managing a fleet of assets.
