We recently worked with Spoor Tech to deliver a customised adaptation of our Stairwell-Pro system, supporting ceiling panel removal works within the escalator tunnels at Charing Cross station on the London Underground.

This bespoke structure was engineered to accommodate the varying gradients and levels of two adjacent escalators and a central fixed stair—providing a safe, compliant, and stable platform for efficient access in a highly constrained space.

The solution ensured secure footing, rapid assembly, and reliable performance in a live transport environment—demonstrating the flexibility and adaptability of the Alto Stairwell-Pro range in complex infrastructure settings.
